Dominic DeRose is a Senior Managing Director at Peakline Real Estate Funds, where he leads the firm’s industrial and logistics investment platform and plays a central role in building and maintaining relationships across Peakline’s investor community. In this capacity, Dominic oversees strategy, acquisitions, development, and asset management for industrial and logistics projects nationwide. His work spans the full real estate lifecycle; from site selection and underwriting to development execution, leasing, and disposition, ensuring that each investment aligns with Peakline’s approach to value creation. His expertise is particularly focused on the structuring and management of high-quality industrial assets and of Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) investments.

Since joining Peakline, Dominic has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s national QOZ platform and scaling its industrial and logistics footprint. He partners closely with developers, operators, and institutional investors, bringing together data-driven insight, operational experience, and relationship-oriented leadership to guide Peakline’s strategic growth.

Dominic began his real estate career at Colliers International, where he established himself as a highly analytical and forward-thinking professional. His work extended beyond traditional brokerage, developing frameworks for advanced supply and demand models and predictive analytics tools to enhance decision making.

Dominic holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where he concentrated in real estate, finance, and data analytics. He remains deeply engaged in the academic and professional real estate community, serving on the Kellogg Real Estate Advisory Committee, supporting student initiatives, and contributing to discussions on emerging technology and industry trends. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
